Calm Air offers group travel discounts with flexible rules for groups of 10 or more. Allow our Group Travel Specialists to help you with travel arrangements for your next special event or program.
Contact Group Travel by calling 1-800-839-2256 (press #3) or complete the form below to request a quote. Payment for group travel is due 60 days prior to travel.
Changes
*The below fees include applicable tax and are charged per change/cancellation.
- Name changes are permitted 10 days prior at no charge. Name changes within 10 days of travel is subjected to a change fee of $78.75 CAD, including applicable taxes, per person.
- No name changes will be allowed 72 hours prior to flight departure.
- Flight changes are permitted 10 days prior at no charge. Flight changes within 10 days of travel is subjected to a change fee of $78.75 CAD, including applicable taxes, per person.
- No Flight changes will be allowed 72 hours prior to flight departure.
Cancellations
- Cancellations are permitted up to 2 hours prior to departure.
- A cancellation fee of $157.50 CAD, including applicable taxes, will be charged per passenger per segment, with the balance placed in a Calm Air credit file to be used within one year from date of cancellation.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours prior to scheduled departure time are both non-refundable and non-creditable.
- Should a passenger cancel, provided cancellation is made at least 2 hours prior to scheduled departure time. A credit will remain on file for up to 1 year from the date of booking less a $78.75 CAD per person, including applicable taxes, cancellation fee (deposit). The remainder credit would then be transferable.
