Refund Requests

You may apply for a refund of an elgible fare and/or fee by completing the Refund Request Form below. Please ensure to include as much information as possible so we may review and process your request more efficiently.

Refund requests will apply to the following categories:

  • Ticket Refund Requests - request to refund ticketed fare, subject to the rules of the ticketed fare (non-refundable tickets are not eligible for refund).
  • Baggage Fees - request to refund incorrect or overcharge of additional pieces/excess baggage, or reimbursement of fees if baggage is delayed.
  • Seating Fees - request to refund purchase of seat selection if preferred seat was not provided.
  • Animal Travel Fees - request to refund incorrect or overcharge of fees for pets traveling in the cabin and/or baggage compartment.

Refund Request Process:

To request a refund for eligible fares and/or fees, please complete the Refund Request Form below. You may also print a copy of the form by clicking on the PDF Refund Request Form, and mail it to Calm Air at the address provided on the form for processing.

Requests must be made within one year from the date of travel. Calm Air will respond to all claims within 30 days of receipt.

*Refunds issued via cheque or EFT (electronic fund transfer) take 4 to 6 weeks for processing.
