New Payment System Starts May 15, 2018

As more people use a credit or debit card as a preferred method of payment, handling cash becomes less needed. We are now accepting pre-paid VISA (debit and credit) as an additional form of payment when booking online or through our Reservations team.

For this reason, Calm Air will be moving to a cashless payment system, effective May 15, 2018, with Passenger Stations, Reservations and Cargo only accepting cash in select locations: Winnipeg, Thompson, Churchill and Rankin Inlet, NU. These stations will move to a cashless payment system later this year.

There may be instances where additional payment is required upon check-in for your flight, including excess baggage fees, travelling with animals, and upgrade and changes fees where applicable.  These transactions will are required to be paid by with a credit or debit card upon the effective date of going cash free, unless departing out of a location named above.
