Calm Air customers departing on scheduled flights will proceed to one of our check in podiums on the departure level of the new airport. Calm Air's podiums are located on the west end of the check in area. Passengers will receive their boarding pass from a Calm Air Agent along with their baggage tags as they currently do but will be instructed to place their own luggage on the baggage belt running behind the check in area. Please Note: Calm Air passengers will not be using the automated self-serve kiosks at this time.

Passengers checking in for flights departing from the New Terminal who do not have their own wheelchair must proceed to Traveler's Aid located on the East side of the departures level prior to checking in at one of the Calm Air podiums . Please Note: No wheelchairs will be available at the Calm Air check in area.
